KCK police investigating homicide in 900 block of Cleveland Avenue

The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department is investigating a Monday night homicide.

Just before 6:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Cleveland Avenue on a disturbance.

When police arrived, they found a man dead in the street from blunt trauma.

Police identified the man as Lester White, 44, of Kansas City, Kansas.

Two people were taken into custody as persons of interest.
