This is My Honest Review of Top Soup Yunnan Noodle

I recently stumbled upon Top Soup Yunnan Noodle on Xiaohongshu and decided to give it a try. The place was surprisingly pleasant with a calm atmosphere and friendly staff. I opted for the spicy Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles, which were a tad spicy and needed a bit more salt, but nothing a little self-seasoning couldn't fix. The Sichuan kimchi was a standout, highly recommended!

My mom went for the tomato Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles, a bit on the sour side but still enjoyable. The restaurant offers a variety of flavors and meats, and the rice noodles were cooked to perfection. I also tried the beef wrap appetizers, served room temp like Vietnamese spring rolls, and they were deliciously filling. The pumpkin base soup had an unexpected spicy kick that was delightful.

The place seems to be a hit with takeout orders, a good sign of its popularity. I also heard good things about the chicken with vegetables combo and the rice noodles soup with marble beef. The food here is authentic, hot, and delicious. I can't wait to visit again and try more of their menu. If you're a fan of authentic Asian food, this place is a must-try!
