If you're a fan of authentic Asian cuisine, Momoya Ramen and Sushi is a must-visit spot in Salina. The moment I stepped in, I was intrigued by their unique offerings, including a dish that features foie gras. The Roasted Pork Ramen here is simply out of this world, it's like something straight out of an anime. The Char Siu Bao or buns took me on a nostalgic trip, reminding me of the ones I used to enjoy in Chinatown in Honolulu, Hawaii.
The sushi at Momoya is arguably the best in Salina. I was particularly impressed by their Big John Roll. But the culinary adventure doesn't stop there. The Vegetable Fried Udon, California Roll, Eel Avocado Roll, and Chicken Fried Rice are all amazing. And don't even get me started on their Boba Tea, it's a must-try!
However, it's not just the food that makes Momoya special. The staff is friendly and attentive, always on top of things. The owners are even more welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Despite a few hiccups with service during a busy lunch hour, I found the overall experience to be quite enjoyable. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!
