Although the sauce leaned on the sweeter side, it was still a delightful accompaniment to the fall-off-the-bone ribs and brisket. While the service was generally commendable, with attentive and personable staff ensuring everything came out fast, the initial wait despite having a reservation was a bit of a letdown. However, once seated, the experience was seamless. The burnt ends burger was a standout, bursting with flavor, though the nachos could have used more toppings. Despite a slight miss with the cheesecake, the bacon-wrapped shrimp was another favorite, making it clear that Q39 South is a must-visit for anyone craving top-notch flavors and a culinary journey worth remembering.
