CHARLESTON, Ill. (WAND) — Two people in Charleston were arrested in connection to a man who died from Fentanyl in May. On May 26, Charleston officers found a man who was unresponsive at the 100 block of 13th Street. It was later confirmed that he died from a fentanyl overdose.
