Two Robinson Residents Sentenced on Meth Charges
(Undated) – A pair of Robinson residents were sentenced to the IDOC on meth charges during June 26th court appearances. Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, is reporting the sentencing of Lois Henon on a Class 3 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case. Shaner also reports the sentencing of Timothy Reinoehl to three years in the IDOC on a Class 3 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. The Robinson Police Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
The Trains Are Coming To The Children’s Museum
Terre Haute, In. – If you love trains, you’ll love the Children’s Museums train day Saturday July 27th 10am to 3pm. Model railroad layouts from the Cintrak Model Railroad Club and several individuals will have their train layouts on display at the museum. The Wabash Valley Railroaders Museum and the National Model Railroad Association will also be present to share information. The admission to the museum id $9,00. If you’re a member you get in free.
Union Hospital Has New Surgical Robot
Terre Haute, In. – Union Hospital in Terre Haute is the first hospital in the state with the latest version of the Da Vinci 5 surgical robot. Currently there are only 400 Da Vinci 5 robots in the world. The Da Vinci 5 is used for minimally invasive surgery. The robot assists the surgeon to see more during surgery with a 3D display and image processing. The surgeon is still in total control while using the robot. The Union staff members are currently in training on the use of the Da Vinci 5.
