Kansas woman indicted after making profane threats to presidents Biden and Clinton

TOPEKA — A Park City woman who said she wanted to “hang every one of you Democrat demon f***s” and “be the b**** that takes out Joe Biden” has been indicted on federal charges of making threats against President Joe Biden and former President Bill Clinton.

A grand jury returned the indictment Wednesday.

Lori Davis is accused of calling the New York-based Clinton Foundation in September 2021 and leaving a message threatening to kill Clinton.

“We got those sites right in the center of Clinton’s f***ing eyes and every one of you God damn Democrats trying to push Nazis right on through to the front of the line, guess what, you’re f***ed, we’re gonna hang every one of you Democrat demon f***s and I can’t f***ing wait,” Davis said in the message, according to court documents.

Davis also allegedly made a series of posts on X, formerly known as Twitter, in January 2024 threatening to kill Biden.

The indictment references nine of her posts, including: “Red bead on Joe’s forehead and pull!” and “I’m going to be the b**** that takes out Joe Biden!”

One of her posts, according to court documents, included an image of a woman holding a firearm and these words from Davis: “This is how I imagine it’s going down when I face Joe Biden.”

The U.S. Secret Service is investigating the case. Davis faces up to five years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines if convicted.
