According to the most recent forecasts from the National Hurricane Center (NHC), "An area of disturbed weather over the central tropical Atlantic Ocean is expected to interact with an approaching tropical wave during the next several days."

Louisiana fugitive arrested in Lock Haven
Lock Haven, Pa. — Police arrested a Louisiana fugitive in Clinton County. Christopher James Kelley, 32, was stopped by police for a traffic violation on the 200 block of Woodward Ave, in Lock Haven. Kelley was found to have an outstanding warrant for a drug offense out of the Jefferson Parrish Sheriff's Office in Louisiana, according to a release from the Woodward Township Police Department. Kelley was taken into custody, charged for being a fugitive from justice, according to the release from Woodward Township Police Department. He is currently at the Clinton County Correctional Facility awaiting extradition to Louisiana.
