It causes your heart rate to spike and then to faint from the dizziness and flare ups can be severe. A service dog can warn you to sit down if an episode is coming on. Crazy how Katie can do all this swimming in case she was to faint. I learned about the condition from an influencer who shares her struggles. She's pretty young.
