UA Pulaski Tech chef talks community culinary classes

Cooking or baking doesn’t have to be a scary proposition. In fact, there’s a way you can learn from experts.

Chef Kelli Marks from UA Pulaski Tech Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute joined Arkansas Today to talk about community education courses that are open to the public.

The school’s website shows classes from September to December, with options ranging from cooking soul food dishes, baked goods to Asian cuisine.
