    Arkansas man arrested, accused of making threat against Attorney General Tim Griffin

    MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. – Arkansas State Police said state troopers arrested a man who is accused of making a threat against Attorney General Tim Griffin.

    According to ASP officials, special agents were notified in August after the attorney general received a threatening message through his office’s Facebook Messenger account on July 26.

    Investigators said an arrest warrant was obtained for 39-year-old Jeffrey Roger Pyzocha of Flippin. On Sept. 5, Pyzocha was taken into custody in Mountain Home.

    Pyzocha is facing a charge of first-degree terroristic threatening. He is being held at the Baxter County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
