Siblings are there for us through the good, the bad and the ugly. For many in foster care, they’re the only constant in each other’s lives in a world filled with unknowns.

In this week’s Wednesday’s Child, we introduce you to a little girl and her two brothers who are longing for a mom and dad to complete their family.

Wednesday’s Child: Meet Alex, a teen dreaming of his future & the trust of family

Ahdees, 12, Taichionna, 11 and Rashad, 9, share a bond like no other. They also share the same hope for their future.

“If I could have one dream it would be having a nice family,” Rashad said.

They’re siblings, but they’re also the only family each other has.

“What I love about both of my brothers is that they are always funny and they’re playful all the time,” Taichionna said.

“He is always playful and my sister, she’s nice and she makes me laugh,” Rashad said.

Wednesday’s Child: Meet Skylar, a 15-year-old looking for a stable and loving home

As much as they joke around and occasionally fight like all brothers and sisters do, they’ve experienced things no child should ever have to.

“I want a family that can understand us (and) how much we have handled, we have gone through,” Taichionna said.

Throughout their time in foster care, they’ve been able to stay under the same roof and it’s their hope to be adopted together, too.

“I want a family that we can go on trips and go to a football game and go hiking,” Rashad said.

“I want a good family,” Ahdees said.

Wednesday’s Child: Meet Promyse, a young girl looking to share love with a forever family

They know no matter where they land, they’ll have each other.

“We wish to find a very good home so we can be safe and have fun there,” Taichionna said.
