TDOT: I-640 fully opens in Knox County
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Transportation announced that I-640 in Knox County is now fully open to three lanes in each direction. TDOT previously said it aimed to finish construction on the road by Aug. 31.
