When officers arrived, they met with a man who told them that he was walking his daughter home from school when he was assaulted by three males who took issue with the music he was listening to.<figure><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=4JaOfE_0wEW5FVm00" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=4JaOfE_0wEW5FVm00" width="1101" height="781" ><figcaption>Google</figcaption></figure>The criminal complaint in the case says the victim was punched by the men and then was pursued by them as he and his daughter fled to their apartment. The victim told police his attackers were kicking and pounding on the door, and when he briefly opened it, Noor pointed a black and gold handgun at him.The <a href="https://krocnews.com/tags/crime">charges</a> state that the officers located the three males in another apartment at the complex, where Noor and the two others were arrested. The court document says a search warrant was issued and it led to the discovery of a black and gold handgun and magazine in a closet.
