    UPDATE: West Willow Bridge work complete; bridge re-opens

    Officials with the City of Scott announced today that the West Willow Street bridge has been re-opened.

    It was closed April 15 for necessary repairs, and although officials predicted it would take 60 to 90 days to complete, the bridge is now back open.
