Minot Park Board Agenda | August 21, 2024
The Minot Park Board will meet for it’s regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. to consider the agenda attached below. The Park District meets in Room 203 at the Minot Municipal Auditorium on the third Tuesday of each month. Park District meetings are also live-streamed through the district’s Youtube Channel found here.
City Council Agenda | August 20, 2024
The Minot City Council will hold its regular meeting on Monday, August 20, 2024, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 10 3rd Ave SW. Residents in need of special accommodations are encouraged to contact the City Clerk’s office at 857-4752. This meeting will include the roll call, Pledge of Allegiance, and reports from the Mayor and City Manager.

Jamestown City Councilman Bob Toso Resigns, Citing Personal Reasons
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown City Councilman Bob Toso has officially resigned from his position, effective immediately. Toso, who began serving in June for a four-year term that would have ended in 2028, cited personal reasons for his decision to step down. In his resignation letter, Toso shared that the role was not a good fit for him and expressed his belief that someone else could better serve the city in his place.

City of West Fargo hires new finance director
WEST FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The City of West Fargo has hired Willy Galindo as Finance Director. In this role, Galindo will be responsible for the management of accounting, debt/treasury, utility billing, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and investments of the City. The Finance Director also provides management, leadership, and coordination over all areas of fiscal operations, forecasting, and analysis for the City. Galindo will begin in this role in late September.
