The new establishment will take over the shuttered Harris County Smokehouse, bringing a taste of Brazil to the heart of Katy.

According to the permit, the project will involve a substantial investment of $1,200,000, reflecting Fogo de Chão ‘s commitment to providing a top-tier dining experience. The scope of work includes a complete remodel of the existing free-standing restaurant space, encompassing both interior and exterior modifications. The extensive renovation will cover structural, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, installation of new kitchen equipment, and comprehensive updates to the floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. The new restaurant will span 8,617 square feet, offering ample space for diners to enjoy the unique Fogo de Chão experience.
