West Nile Virus Detected in Greenville; Insecticide Spraying Scheduled for Aug. 14-16
Mosquitoes trapped in the Arnold Park and Beverly Drive area of Greenville have tested positive for West Nile Virus. As a result, trucks will begin spraying insecticide at dusk on Wednesday, August 14, Thursday, August 15, and Friday, August 16, weather permitting. The spraying will occur between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. each evening. Residents are advised to stay indoors during these times.
