GILLETTE, Wyo. — The Campbell County Republican Party has made its selection of three finalists to fill the vacancy on the Campbell County Board of Commissioners. The vacancy, created by the resignation of Commissioner Butch Knutson on Aug. 1, required the party to open the seat to qualified applicants.
