In the early morning hours, and at the request of @NYUniversity & TheNewSchool your @NYPD cleared the illegal encampments from their properties with unparalleled professionalism & w/o incident. It’s clear that these protestors are organized & well funded. It’s also clear is that our youth are being radicalized & in some cases have been encouraged to escalate their protests into violence.
