We are keeping our promise to the family of the 16 and 17 year old youths ripped away by the tide. The family is devastated, as are all New Yorkers. @NYPD is keeping our commitment to the family of these victims by utilizing our state of the art technology: our drones, our harbor launches, and our scuba teams.
