Two-A-Days: Vermillion High School

SIOUX CITY, Ia (KCAU) – The Vermillion Tanagers are coming off a 3-6 season. Their worst record in three seasons.

They lost their leading receiver from last season, Zoan Robinson. They do return their starting quarterback Nolan Nygren. Nygren led the Tanagers with over 1,300 total yards and 10 touchdowns.

They also return their leading rusher Ryne Chapman, who had over 500 yards rushing and five rushing touchdowns.

Vermillion opens the season on August 30th at home against Lennox.
