    Time-lapse: Tornado touches down in South Dakota

    SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — A tornado touched down near Mound City Wednesday night.

    The South Dakota State University Mesonet shared a time-lapse video of the storm with KELOLAND News. Their Mesonet station is four miles south of Mound City. The tornado is above the right side of the solar panel. According to the Mesonet, the temperature dropped 8 degrees, and wind gusts at that location peaked at 37 mph.
