WOODBURY COUNTY, Iowa (KCAU) — The Woodbury County Long-Term Recovery Group is set to host two Multi-Agency Resource Centers this month.

The first is on Oct. 8 at Riverside Lutheran Church in Sioux City, and the second is on Oct. 15 at the Correctionville Community Center. Both will run from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The events will help support residents who were impacted by June’s historic flooding . Some of the resources that will be there include FEMA, The Salvation Army, and the American Red Cross.

Officials say this may be the last chance for people to meet with FEMA in-person before the Oct. 22 application deadline.
