    USCellular donates $41k to Boys and Girls Clubs of Siouxland

    SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — A local organization helping out children in Siouxland received a big donation from a phone company.

    USCellular has donated $41,250 to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Siouxland. The money will support academic programming such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, or STEM, for those ages 18 and under.

    This is the 10th straight year of donations by USCellular to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Siouxland. They’re one of 16 such Boys and Girls Clubs groups to receive funding from the phone company this year.
