KCLV Kansas News
Johnson County 10th judicial district Chief Judge, Charles Droege, along with Johnson County District Subordinate, Judge Paul W. Burmaster, is showing great concern to interfere with Matthew ESCALANTE’S civil rights, Evidence of Chief Droege is being docketed into multiple open federal lawsuits in the District of Kansas cases, 5:24-CV03142 Escalante vs Droege et al Johnson County Sheriff Dept habeas lawsuit, and 2:24-CV02235 Escalante vs 10th judicial district Johnson county courthouse an EEOC discrimination lawsuit. The evidence in case records from JoCo civil and criminal court cases are as follows: 22CV03391 (Esca v Esca prot order case), 18CV03813 (Esca V Esca custody case), 23CV06700 (Escalante v Burmaster Writ of Mandamus, where the case is stalled), 24CV03119 (Escalante v 10th Judicial District Kansas Open Records Act lawsuit which is being delayed, and it reveals that 22CV03391 has been defrauded by Judge Burmaster. Droege now presides over this Kansas Open Record Act case as well and each and every one of the prior cases in attempts to stop them from discovering that Burmaster served, in open court, an extension of an expired protection order on Oct 18th 2023 and refused to change the date of service to Oct 18th, 3023. The Commission inquiries that were submitted are rolling, as well as the evidence from Escalante, shows that Chief Droege is currently commandeering all of Escalante county cases, both Civil and criminal, and breaking Kansas Supreme Court Rules of Judge Conduct Kan R. Rel Jud Cond Canon 1, Rule 1.1(Compliance with the Law), Canon 2 Impartiality Rule 1.1 (Compliance with the Law), Canon 2 Impartiality Rules of Rule 2.11 Disqualification, Rule 2.16 Retaliation and Cooperation with Commission Inquiries, Rule 2.2 Impartiality, Rule 2.3 Bias and Prejudice. This is now docketed as Exhibits in the open federal cases mentioned, 2:24-CV02235 and 5:24-CV03142, pushing towards discovery of Chief Judge Droege and Judge Paul Burmaster having conspired upon to interfere with the civil rights of a whistleblower from the Johnson County’s corrupted family court’s. Again, the Kansas Open Record Act as well as the Gardner Police department are unable to produce a protective order dated for Oct 18,2023. The only protective order they can produce is one for Aug 10th, 2023 and that is the date the protective order expired. They are enforcing a protective order that has expired and refuse to pull it back in light of their error and violating many rights against Matthew Escalante. Few Please see pics below to show Paul Burmaster in transcripts serving the protective order and Charles Droege verifying that the protective order was in fact served on in open court.
