typical liberal slap on the wrist penalties from the democratic party ran government of Kansas city.The democrates have ran Kansas for almost 100 yrs and very little has changed other than community leaders getting rich off grants and contracts given to the black community billions have been poured into this community only go see year after year kansas city be at thr top of the murder rate and thd bottom of the literacy rate .Mayor lucus is a woke socialist/ communist that like his mentor Emanuel, " black panther," Cleaver, has one of the most corrupt administrations in its history.
