DALLAS (KDAF) — Netflix has announced it is ditching the Basic plan for U.S. and French subscribers. That means if you’re on the Basic tier, you’ll have to switch things up to keep binge-watching your favorite shows.

The Basic plan was a deal at $11.99 per month in the U.S. with no ads. However, Netflix has claimed that axing the Basic plan in the U.K. and Canada has boosted their ad-supported tier’s growth. Plus, their crackdown on password-sharing has been beneficial for them too.

So, what are your options now? You can join the “Standard with Ads” crowd or upgrade to the ad-free “Standard” plan for $15.99 per month, or go all out with the “Premium” plan at $22.99 per month.
