This restaurant has the perfect fall menu

DALLAS (KDAF) — Fall is coming to First Watch as the breakfast, brunch and lunch concept rolls out its seasonal menu highlighting flavors of pumpkin, salted caramel, apple butter and hot honey. The chef-driven menu is available now through October 28.

Here is what to expect from this autumn-inspired menu:

• Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich: A combo of Million Dollar Bacon, all-natural pork sausage, smoked Wisconsin Gouda, and an over-easy cage-free egg, all topped with Mike’s Hot Honey® and served on a griddled English muffin. Paired with lemon-dressed organic mixed greens, it’s a million-dollar start to your day!
• Honey Bacon Brussels Hash: A hearty hash featuring honey-roasted brussels sprouts, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese, topped with two cage-free eggs, herbed goat cheese, and a drizzle of chili crisp. It’s a flavor-packed way to welcome fall.
• Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast: Enjoy two cage-free eggs any style, alongside one of First Watch’s signature spiced Pumpkin Pancakes and a Jones Dairy Farm all-natural chicken sausage patty.
• Salted Caramel Holey Donuts: These cake donut holes are tossed in pumpkin pie spice sugar, served over warm apple butter, and drizzled with crème anglaise and sea salt caramel. Finished with gingerbread cookie crumbles and powdered cinnamon sugar, they’re a yummy sweet treat.
• Blazing Dragon: Quench your thirst with this juice blend of strawberry, lemon, cane sugar, and dragon fruit.

First Watch’s seasonal menus embody the restaurant’s “Follow the Sun” approach to sourcing fresh ingredients of the season. These menus change five times a year and have received national awards for their innovative, trend-forward approach. Whether you’re dining in, picking up, or getting delivery, you can enjoy these autumn-inspired creations seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
