Perry’s Steakhouse brings seasonal flavors to the menu

DALLAS (KDAF) — Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille has added some seasonal flavor to its menu.

This month, indulge in a variety of delectable returning seasonal dishes, including:

• White Bean Pork Chili : A hearty blend of white beans infused with poblano peppers and hatch green chiles, seasoned with garlic and oregano, and finished with diced applewood-smoked bacon and pieces of Perry’s Famous Pork Chop
• Butternut Squash : Smoothly puréed with applewood-smoked bacon and maple syrup, this fall favorite is topped with crispy Italian breadcrumbs for a savory-sweet experience
• Pumpkin Cheesecake : A rich, creamy pumpkin-spiced cheesecake with a pecan gingersnap crust, enhanced with vanilla cream and a decadent salted caramel drizzle

New off-menu features include:

• Chocolate Jubilee Cake : A sumptuous ten-layer “Blackout” cake featuring dark chocolate buttercream, iced with a dark chocolate ganache, and served with a tart cherry compote flamed tableside, designed generously for two
• Primal Flight : A premium trio showcasing Perry’s Reserve Texas Akaushi Wagyu with cuts of 3 oz. of Filet Mignon, 3 oz. of New York Strip, and 3 oz. of Ribeye, all seasoned with Perry’s Signature Steak Seasoning and finished with Akaushi beef tallow
