These Texas cities have some of the most haunted hotels in the US

DALLAS (KDAF) — For ghost hunters and thrill seekers, there’s something frighteningly fun about the thought of spending the night in one of the world’s most haunted hotels. But just where are these ghostly getaways?

Using data from Vio.com and TripAdvisor, a new study uncovered where ghostly encounters are more likely and which hotels are buzzing with eerie activity.

In the Lone Star State, San Antonio ranked first for the most haunted hotels in Texas and fourth across all US states. The Menger Hotel, The Emily Morgan hotel, and The Crockett Hotel are said to be haunted in San Antonio.

Following San Antonio is Dallas, which placed 14th overall, Houston at 23rd overall, and Fort Worth at 46th overall.
