Kenny Pickett’s time in Pittsburgh is over, meaning he needs to sell his house.

Pickett residence at 318 Spruce Lane in Cranberry Township is on the market for $2.7 million.

The house is nearly 8,800 square feet with six bedrooms and six full bathrooms.

Real Estate Advisor Sayward Lehman with Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty says in the house’s post , “One of the standout features has to be those breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light, creating an ambiance of warmth and spaciousness.”

The house also features a “gourmet kitchen”, two outdoor entertaining areas and a lot more.

The house is close to Route 228, right off Interstate 79.

Pickett was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles after two seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Pickett was the team’s 1 st round draft pick in 2022.

Before the Steelers, Pickett won an ACC Championship at Pitt and was a Heisman Trophy finalist.

Pickett lived in Cranberry with his wife, Amy.
