Pittsburgh Cultural Trust looking for funding to add more activities Downtown

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is seeking new funding for Downtown improvements.

The Cultural Trust's plan to revitalize Downtown includes the creation of a large lawn for festivals and performances, a cafe, an outdoor bandshell, a water play area, and other improvements to a block of Eighth Street.

Officials are seeking five-million dollars in Allegheny Regional Asset District funding to help pay for the work
