A popular, family-owned Pittsburgh café will open a fourth location this November in Cranberry.

Mediterra Café is shooting for a mid-November opening in North Point Circle. That is in Seven Fields.

Mediterra opened its first location in Sewickley in 2018 and is owned by Nick Ambeliotis and his family.

And, it isn’t your typical café. In addition to breakfast, lunch, coffee, tea and other drinks, Mediterra has over 20 different types of bread, different types of artisan cheeses, charcuterie boards, alcohol and more.

Catering and an in-house market are also highlights of a visit to Mediterra.

“As a family-owned and operated business, we’ve all found our niche,” the market says on its website. “All of the delicacies found in our pastry case are created by Nick’s daughter-in-law and Head Pastry Chef Aundrea Ambeliotis, who brings her artistic eye and creative flair to all of our pastry items and cakes. Our outstanding Roman-style pizzas are handcrafted by Nick’s son, Anthony Ambeliotis, who also works in our Bakehouse as Head of Production.”

Mediterra currently has locations open in Sewickley, Mt. Lebanon and Lawrenceville.
