    Pittsburgh Police say missing woman found safe

    UPDATE: Pittsburgh Police say the missing woman has been safely located. They thank everyone for their help.

    Pittsburgh Police detectives are asking for help in locating a missing woman.

    39-year-old Tara Nolan is at risk.

    She's 5-foot-3, weighs 110 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

    Pittsburgh Police released updated photos of Nolan on Friday afternoon.

    She was in contact with family Thursday via email, last believed to be in the Allegheny Commons area on Cedar Avenue in the North Side.

    Anyone with information about Tara Nolan is asked to call 911.
