Martinsburg Man Sentenced to 12 Years for Hagerstown Shooting
In Hagerstown, Maryland, Kahleel Jamal Graham, 27, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was sentenced to 12 years in state prison on Wednesday after pleading guilty to first-degree assault. The sentencing comes as a conclusion to the October 7 shooting incident in Hagerstown’s Jonathan Street neighborhood, which resulted in the injury of local resident Cedric Williams.
