Shreveport Police Make Arrest in Connection to 2023 Shooting
The Shreveport Police Department arrested two suspects allegedly involved in a shooting incident that occurred on December 3, 2023. SPD Patrol officers responded to a call at approximately noon when they were dispatched to the 2900 block of Fulton Street where they discovered a female victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
