Multiple Victims Reported Following Shooting at Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl Parade
A shooting near a parade celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl victory, today, has left at least one dead and 14 injured. According to the Kansas City Star, the shots were fired just as the rally was wrapping up in downtown Kansas City. Police asked people to disperse from the area immediately.

Shreveport Convicted Felon Arrested Again: Possession of Firearm
SHREVEPORT, LA- Shreveport police make an arrest for Felon in Possession of Firearm. On February 13, at approximately 6:20 P.M. proactive patrol officers with Shreveport Police observed a suspicious individual sitting in a vehicle in the 2900 block of Victor Street. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the individual, identified as 21-year-old Robert Webb, was in possession of a firearm.
Two Men Wanted for Separate Counterfeit Crimes in Bossier
The Bossier Financial Crimes Taskforce is seeking the public's help in identifying This suspect. On 1/25/24 a white male subject entered a Motel 6 in Bossier City and attempted to get change using a fraudulent bill. The clerk checked the bill and discovered that it was counterfeit. The man asked that the clerk return the bill, and the clerk declined. The suspect was able to get away before police could arrive.
Large Fire Sparks Concerns In West Shreveport
A large structure fire, and the smoke plume caused by it, are leading to concerns in West Shreveport this morning. Shreveport Fire Chief Clarence Reese tells us that the fire is a "cooling unit" and is actually in Greenwood. According to Caddo 911 records, the address listed for the call is Antonie Blvd at West Bert Kouns Industrial Loop and John Petterway Jr Blvd. That address being listed sparked concerns that the fire could be located at the old GM plant in Shreveport, but the Shreveport Fire Department tells us this is not the large structure at the old GM building, but rather an adjacent cooling unit structure.
