On June 16, 2024, at approximately 9:55 p.m., Shreveport Police officers responded to a call regarding a parking complaint in the 1500 block of Magnolia Avenue. During the investigation, officers arrested 25-year-old LaQuinta Robinson, who was found to have outstanding warrants for resisting an officer, interfering with law enforcement investigation, no driver's license, and multiple traffic violations.

Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Arrest Five After Gun and Drug Bust
Caddo Sheriff Jay Long announced the arrest of five people on drug charges following an investigation by the Caddo Sheriff’s Narcotics Division. On June 10, a joint operation by Caddo Narcotics, Probation and Parole, Youth Services, and the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services resulted in the execution of a search warrant at 1520 Magnolia Ave, Shreveport. During the operation, two children were removed from the home by DCFS, with assistance from Caddo Youth Services. Angela Patrick, 49, Billy Graggs, 53, and Lamarvis Jones, 30, were arrested and charged with multiple drug possession charges. Haydon Patrick, 28, and Laderrick Jett, 37, were arrested by Probation and Parole for parole violations.

CADDO PARISH, LA- Derrick Glover found guilty of armed robbery. A Shreveport man was convicted in Caddo District Court Tuesday, June 11, 2024, of armed robbery.
