Caddo Parish Man Pleads Guilty to Sex-Acts With a Child
A Greenwood man who committed a lewd act on a tender-aged neighbor child under his care pleaded guilty in Caddo District Court Monday, February 5, 2024. District Judge John D. Mosely Jr., who was set to preside over the soon-to-commence trial of Robert E. Todd, immediately sentenced Todd, 54, to a 50-year hard labor prison sentence, with the first 25 years to be served without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.
