Hit-and-run leaves pedestrian seriously injured along Highway 17
BRIDGEPORT — The Washington State Patrol says it’s investigating a hit-and-run collision in rural Okanogan County that left a pedestrian injured. Arthur M. Binford, 59, of Spokane Valley was walking on the shoulder of Highway 17 near Bridgeport early Sunday when an unknown vehicle struck him and continued on. The accident was reported about 3:45 a.m.
