SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The O’Gorman baseball team is headed to the class ‘A’ state semifinals following a 5-4 win over Rapid City Stevens.

The Knights got on the board first, thanks to a three run first inning. Sully Schlimgen fueled that with a two-RBI double.

In the third, the Raiders got right back in the game scoring three runs to even the contest.

O’Gorman grabbed the lead right back. Class ‘A’ Player of the Year Hunter Den Boer would blast a two run double. He had three runs batted in for the Knights.

Stevens got one of those runs back, but that’s as close as they’d get as the Knights edged the Raiders, 5-4.
