Mount Marty comes back to defeat DWU in overtime

MITCHELL, S.D. (KELO) — Mount Marty came roaring back to defeat Dakota Wesleyan 24-17 in the Dakota Railroad Rivalry Saturday night in Mitchell.

The Tigers raced out a 17-7 lead before the Lancers scored the final 10 points in regulation to force OT. Then, in the extra period, Mount Marty scored and held DWU out of the endzone to complete the comeback.

The game between these two in-state rivals went to double overtime last season.
