SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The Summit League hosted their basketball media day on Tuesday as several media outlets got the chance to speak with each team.

The SDSU men graduated three starters and lost two more to the transfer portal. That means they lost 70% of their minutes played and 78% of last year’s total points.

The Jackrabbits brought in some experience, including 6’11 transfer, Oscar Cluff. However, they’ll be some adjusting to this year’s squad with a mix of returning players and new members.

“We’ve just been having a bunch of fun together. We have a great bunch of guys on that practice floor. I can tell you that we’ve got a talented group, but there is some truth that we’re a little young,” SDSU head coach Eric Henderson said.

SDSU opens the year with an exhibition. Their first game is November 4 against McNeese State at the Sanford Pentagon.
