DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Road closures have been announced due to an upcoming concert at Hershey Park Stadium. The Derry Township Police Department announced that due to the upcoming Green Day concert, the following roads will be closed on Monday, Sept. 2 from 2-8 p.m. and from 10:30 p.m. to midnight:
