Idaho man identified as homicide victim found at Canyon County campground
BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A man who was killed at a Canyon County campground over the weekend has been identified by the Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Donahue's office identified the victim as 37-year-old Travis Haywood Calumpit from Parma. Calumpit died of a gunshot wound on July 12 at the Martin Landing campground. The Martin Landing campground is located near the confluence of the Snake River and Boise River near Parma, Idaho.
Woman arrested for attempted $37,000 wire fraud in Caldwell
CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — A woman has been arrested after attempting to complete a wire transfer using fraudulent identification. According to Caldwell Police, 57-year-old Patricia Sue Meyer of Texas was arrested on several felony charges after she had fraudulently withdrawn over $5000 from someone's account and later attempted to obtain debit cards from the same victim's account at a bank branch in Nampa.

BOISE, Idaho – The Glacier Range Riders (29-18) are going dancing for the first time in franchise history. With an 8-5 win on Saturday night over the Boise Hawks (24-23), the Range Riders clinched at least a tie for the second-best record in the first half of the Pioneer League.
