Around 2 p.m. today, Aug. 13, a “low-risk inmate walked away from a work-site on Moscow campus,” according to a Vandal alert sent close to 4 p.m. According to the Vandal alert, the inmate is a 6’ 2”, 34-year-old white male who is “heavyset” and assumed to be wearing dark clothes after abandoning the red shirt he was required to wear during the community service.
