Another start of the FCS season and the South Dakota State Jackrabbits are looking to get back to the pinnacle of the sport with a third straight FCS National Championship. RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - The man charged with the second-degree murder of Clarence Janis had his initial appearance in Federal Court Friday morning. Raymond Bald Eagle is accused of killing Janis between June 11 and June 15 on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
