Man accused of second-degree murder of Clarence Janis has initial court appearance
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - The man charged with the second-degree murder of Clarence Janis had his initial appearance in Federal Court Friday morning. Raymond Bald Eagle is accused of killing Janis between June 11 and June 15 on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. It was said that Bald Eagle assaulted Janis in the head and face which led to his death.
