Rock Rapids, Iowa — A Worthington, Minnesota man has been arrested on a warrant for a charge of enticing a minor under the age of 16. According to a criminal complaint filed with the Lyon County Clerk of Court’s Office by the county sheriff’s office, 47-year-old Sevannary Saysirisanh of Worthington is accused of sending a message requesting a sexual act to a 14-year-old in Rock Rapids about one year ago.
